The Heart of Alexandria Since 1923
Curling is a game of strategy, skill, and—most importantly—socializing. Located in the heart of Alexandria, our club features three pristine sheets of ice and a legacy of over 100 years of fun. We pride ourselves on being a place where the “Roaring Game” is played with spirit and where every match ends with a laugh in the lounge.

Our story
The Alexandria Curling Club is a gem with a fascinating past. Originally founded in 1896, our club faced an early challenge—a series of warm winters led to a brief disbandment in 1908. But the spirit of the game couldn’t be kept down for long.
In 1923, we officially reformed, and we recently celebrated our Centennial Anniversary. Today, we remain a hub for curlers of all ages—from our 6-year-old “Little Rocks” to our seasoned 86-year-old veterans. With top-tier ice conditions and a legendary social atmosphere, there is a place for everyone in our house.
