Who We Are?

The Alexandria Curling Club is a Not-For-Profit organization delivering the sport of curling to the people serving the Counties of Glengarry and surrounding area since January 18, 1923. The Club operates mainly on volunteer members and the support of local and regional business through our sponsorship program.

In addition to our regular curling activities throughout the year we also provide our facility to local schools, hall rentals and put on bonspiels for neighbouring clubs to participate in attracting visitors from the surrounding area.

The various types of highly visible signage located at the Club will provide business the opportunity to promote your company to display your support and loyalty trough our sponsorship program.

What is Included when YOU Become a Sponsor

Signs designed to the sponsor’s specifications. High-resolution digital logos must be supplied if required.

One “Free Hall” rental for each year with a large wall sign contract and 50% off on a small wall sign. (Other certain conditions and fees may apply).

Priority to register your curling team in the Industrial Bonspiel (if desired).

Club members will be encouraged to use Sponsor’s products or services.

Club will use sponsors products or services whenever possible.

Multiple sign package discount of 10%.

Contract Terms

Full payment of the contract is due on or at the time of the installation of the signage

In-Ice signage payments are due before the ice is installed.

The Alexandria Curling Club will retain possession of all signs unless supplied by Sponsor.

All payments are subject to HST charges.

Term of contract will run from year-to-year Jan.1^st to Dec.31^st. In-Ice signage packages end at the end of the curling season. Initial contract if started mid year will be based on the number of full months the signage is installed.
