How to Complete Your Registration:
1. Complete Step 1 by answering all the questions
2. Once completed move to the "payment option" section of your form by clicking the payment option button.
3. Clicking the payment option button will lead you to the billing page. Enter your payment details, even if you are not paying online, and click "Place Order" at the bottom of the page to complete registration.

Your registration is not complete until you click "Place Order" and see the green "Your Registration is Complete!" banner at the top of the page.
