Just sending everyone some info regarding a couple of fund raising events that are being held at the Alexandria Curling Club this fall. Mark their dates on your calendar and try to support them
First our local Glengarry 4-H Club is holding a Fundraiser Brunch on Sunday, October 27 9:30-1:00 pm at the club. Their menu sounds fantastic doesn’t it? Support our local young kids by enjoying your breakfast out!
The next event that I want you know about is the St. Finnan’s Bonspiel. The date for the bonspiel has been moved from February to November and this year it’s being held on Saturday, November 16. If you happen to be interested in curling in this event please contact Don McDougald asap. It’s open to everyone – you don’t have to be a member of the Alexandria Curling Club to participate. Sign up quickly and enjoy the fun.
Contact Don at 613-678-8445 for more info.
